The only real news today is the ongoing saga of the split over at Huskerpedia between David Max and Information Superbrand David Max has launched a new site, www.huskermax.com that looks eerily familiar to Huskerpedia.

I was over at the new site today checking things out and David Max appears to be using membership lists and email addresses from huskerpedia. David Max obviously sold *something* to Information Superbrand at some point otherwise he would not have had a position at their company and IS would not have had anything to do with huskerpedia.

With that in mind, I think David Max is likely treading on thin ice here from a legal standpoint. It will be interesting to see how the coming lawsuits turn out.
